We at Nova Dental Care are very sorry for the unfortunate turn of events with Mr. Cliff Thomas.  Unfortnately, Mr. Thomas is manipulating the facts. A claim was sent to Delta Dental by our office. Delta Dental sent a denial of benifits and asked for the claim to be sent to medical. Included is a copy of the claim (Exhibit B, all sensitive information has been blacked out as per HIPAA). As a dental office, we cannot file to medical insurance. Neither Delta Dental or Nova Dental Care have Mr. Thomas's medical insurance information. When the patient was asked to submit to his medical insurance company, he was supplied with and accepted all information necessary and agreed to complete the actions he was responsible for carrying out.

It is here that the problem begins. Our office waited almost one year for the Thomas' to submit to their medical insurance. The one true fact that Mr. Thomas is trying to cover up is that he did not file with his medical insurance and did not contact our office with any status updates. Which leads us to this chain of events. Had Mr. Thomas returned our phone calls or mail correspondence with any status update, our office may have not been forced to mark the account as delinquent.

The only payment we were trying to collect was payment from Delta Dental. In order to do so, Mr. Thomas was to file a medical claim. We provided all information necessary. Mr. Thomas is manipulating all facts to cover up the one true fact. He did not file with his medical insurance in a timely fashion, and did not intend to until he was served by our attorney.

In almost 30 years of practice, Nova Dental Care has never encountered a negative comment such as this. Mr. Thomas is harassing and defaming Dr. Emad's impecable reputation...which cannot be said for Mr. Thomas' character or his business practices. A simple google search will give you a good indication of the type of person Mr. Thomas is.

The real break down of the company is:

Federal Buisness Systems is run on a day to day by Clifford Thomas who makes all the decsions of the company

Woman owned by mother in law Catherine Prosser who does not run the day to day operations

HR Director is his wife Donna Prosser

They create a hositle work environment where employees dont want to come (screaming and yelling. You cant open your mouth without being in the wrong (you are never right, its Cliff way or no way. There is no work-life balance, no training and development, and they do not recognize employees for hard work and achievement (promised bonus never got it. The company sells you a dream when you interview but when you join the company its a 360 change

Stay away from doing business with this company and working at this company. These people are crazy and are only in the business to support their life style. They do not care about anyone but themselves. Cliff, Rose and Geoff are the main people that run the company. This is suppose to be a woman owned company but Cliff runs the company behind the doors. They do government selling on GSA and FBO and most of the stuff they sell they do not have on their GSA schedule. They try to get over on the employees and the government. These people need to be taken out of buiness and investigated.

I worked there for 5 months and saw alot of people come and go, being fired for no reason, being yelled at, doors slamming just crazy stuff. I am surprise there are not more negative information on the internet regarding this company.

I saw customers that ordered their prodcut in September and didnt get until 4 or 5 months later. I saw and heard alot of under handed things going on in accounting, sales and low ball salaries.

This company is nothing more than a scam and is a sinking ship. Every aspect of it is shady. The sales, the accounting and the handling of employees. Two days after I was hired I inquired from the Human Resources Manager, Donna, exactly what I was? I was told that I was a 1099 worker. I asked then how it was they could offer me health insurance. I was told by Donna that they can offer 1099’s Health and the 401K, yet my contract states I get all other company benefits as well.

Still confused about my classification, I then went to James, the operations manager and since he was new he would have to get back to me. Never did. I then brought up the concern with a higher up of the company, Rose, and voiced my concern that if I was a 1099 why is she offering me employee benefits such as PTO, 2 Week Vacation, Sick Days, Holiday Pay, etc.? I then stated that I would be more than happy to be a TRUE 1099. She said she would look at the contract but, never got back to me.

I was not told I was a 1099 worker at any point of the hiring process. I had to ask for clarification two days after my employment, which I never got. Now, after being there for a month I realized that they do not want to pay their portion of my taxes but, yet wanted full control of me. They never treated me as a 1099 worker. I was deceived from the beginning. I was tricked. Everything in that contract states I am an employee given employee benefits. Nothing states that I am a 1099 contract worker. I did not realize I had to read between the lines.

They also ripped me off on BOTH of my pay checks. They have an extremely high employee turn over. They spend more time chastizing their workers than moving on to company growth. They bring people to tears as they tear them down. The company is in the business of scammimg as you will see below the court docket from Oracle accusing them of stealing code and making false representations to their clients. They scam their clients, their employees, and the IRS! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! RUN! RUN! RUN!
