Novadab This is a company that sells jewelry etc and has Groupon offers a lot. I ordered a necklace and earring set in plenty of time for Christmas. It never came. I called them and they had lousy customer service because the foreign accents are so thick you cannot communicate. Texas

This is a company that sells jewelry etc and has Groupon offers a lot. I ordered a necklace and earring set in plenty of time for Christmas. It never came. I called them and they had lousy customer service because the foreign accents are so thick you cannot communicate.
They did refund the ridiculous 8.99 shipping fee that I had no clue would be added before I ordered.
Ever since early December I have STILL been trying to get them to go on and send the jewelry which they claimed would be here by Jan 9th. It wasn't.
Still same problem with customer service. Can't communicate very well at all, due to thick foreign accents. OR they put you on hold and then hang up on you.
If you look at groupon customer reviews there are nearly 2000 reviews about them, and MOST of them are negative. Most of them are about the same issue I have. Not receiving products, forever to ship things when they DO send, etc. Never ever buy from this company!!! ...
