I returned the 'Burn Fat Hoodia' product in May, following their instructions regarding USPS tracking information. They never refunded the money, and it took having the Credit Card company to reverse the charges to get it back. I thought I was through with them, until a month later, my September billing showed a similar-sounding product name, 'Lean Rx' which I didn't (and wouldn't) order. The only way 'Lean Rx' could have obtained my card number was via the 'Hoodia' arm of this octopus. So, here we go again. On my first call, someone answered, and said the charges would be reversed. But since that time, no one answers, and my voicemails (to either 800-#) go unanswered.

Time once again to contact the credit card company, and I'll follow up with the FTC, who I'm sure has a bulging folder on these thugs. Even better, I'll be in Ontario, almost across the street from them, later this week. Surprise, Novapointe!

I'll try the 909-# that a correspondent suggested before I leave for CA.

Visit to predator's 'facility'

AUTHOR: Mack - (U.S.A.)

Not surprisingly, both of these items are 'sold' by the same company, Novapointe.
The Ontario, CA phone book lists two addresses for Novapointe. One is on E. Francis Street, to where I returned by verifiable USPS mail the 90-day supply. This is in a very large commercial park, just off Mission Blvd.

The other address is on S. Lynx Street, which... knock me over with a feather... is about a 200 feet walk from the E. Francis address, same commercial park, reachable (by car, that is) only from a different entrance to the park. Almost all businesses in this park have their names (and many times, logos) on their part of the building. At the two Novapointe locations, there's no hint at all who's there, and through the dark glass windows and doors, the premises are pretty much empty.

I've filed complaints with the FTC and the Cal. BBB; the latter has eight complaints on file, with only one reply. I'm thinking about trying the Postal Service, too (failure to refund charges for something returned via US Mail).
These predatory perps MUST be put out of business, and heavily fined to prevent them from starting up again.
