NPC International - Pizza Hut Wrongfully Terminated Valdosta Georgia

On 6/11/05 I made my normal deposits for the evening. I took them to the bank the bank depositary was locked I brought them back to the store locked them up then called my store manager and told her about them. Everything was fine when I went home.

The next day the manager got them out of where I locked them up. Everything was fine. She then tried to take them back to the bank still locked, she then brought them back to the store and locked them back up in the safe. This was Sunday.

On Monday a different manager took them into the bank with several others. A week goes by and we get an e-mail that one of my deposits was missing. We look for it all over no deposit. We all sit down and talk to the AGM about the situation. He let's me continue running shifts for a full week.

On the following Tuesday 6/20/05 he fires me for the missing deposit. 2 days following my termination the deposit was found in the store. I never spoke with a cop about this I had a meeting to go on the Friday I agreed to take a lie dector or whatever I had to do. I still lost my job WHY?? There were 2 other manager who also had possision of the deposits through this weekend. Why was I the one to get fired??

Well my only explanation to that is discrimination. What else would it be?? I worked for Pizza Hut for almost five years. I had only been at this particular store for 6 months. But, like I said I've been working for Pizza Hut for 5 years. Never have I been wrote up or even spoken to for nothing. My question is why was I fired?? And nothing happened to the other management??? Discrimination or Not??

What do you think? Oh yeah and to top it off the manager who replaced me as you could say she lost some money that was never found.. And the AGM has said in the past that he did not want to repromote her because "Of money issues". So we didn't promote her until I got fired then they did. And you know what happened to her when she lost the money 2 weeks after I got fired NOTHING.

Now tell me what this company is all about?? Thank you for taking the time to read my story I feel like I was wrongfully termated and discramated against cause I was the newest manager to that store.
