NPMG & Lease Finance Group ripoff contract fraud total scam stealing from small business Phoenix Arizona

NPMG and the company they lease their equipment from, Lease Finance Group, have comitted fraud on the contracts i signed.

A man named Ryan Mack Healy came to me promising savings running debit cards through there processing machines. He also told me that it was a 0 month contract and that if i wasn't happy I could switch back with no charge. We didn't even get that far. When I recieved by mail my start up papers and the contracts i had signed, they had all been changed. All the places on the contracts that i spoke specifically about with Mr. Healy were altered from the "0" (for example, in the number of months spaces) to "60". Mr. Healy had put a 6 in front of all the existing 0's. The contract now states that I owe $99 for 60 months. At the initial meeting, I was told the $99 was a one time start up fee. Mr. Healy also altered the dates I suppose so I couldn't cancel in three days.

This is all very similar to the other reports I have read. This company will not get away with this now that there are all of us envolved. I have my lawyer and the disrtict attorneys office getting started with all the multiple legal actions possible.
