Over the last several months I have been reading reports on all of the individuals and businesses who have been tricked and deceived by all individuals who are associated with NPMG. They have taken over $130,000.00 of my money for the last five months and have never, ever, answered one of my letters or tele phone calls.

After spending months of research and making complaints to every federal, government and business entity associated with this kind of crime, I have found that Lance O. Morris, the owner of NPMG who lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona, has taken steps to try and hide his identity or the companies identity. In November of 2005 Mr. Morris changed his corporate name from NPMG or National Processing Management Group to GMPN, Inc. the reservse letters of NPMG. Only someone hiding from detection would do such a thing.

NPMG hopes that businesses will file a lawsuit because that is how they delay giving back any money. We have to stop them now. I have filed a police complaint in Los Angeles (you have to file in the city that your business takes place) and the Los Angeles Dective Division is sending it on to the Phoenix Police Department for Investigation. They have classified my case as Grand Theft by Deception.

All of those people who have been ripped off from NPMG need to file criminal charges against NPMG. This is the only way to get them to stop. They don't have our money. They have stolen it. They have no intention of giving it back unless they are forced to by criminal action.

The Phoenix investigators have been telling me to also notify your local and the Phoenix area FBI, because they are comming interstate banking fraud.

Criminal complaints are the only way to stop them. Research Arizona Corporation records and go to GMPN, Inc. All their records will pop up. Wade has responded to all of our complaints and he has lied to all federal agencies. This alone is an additional crime. They are all in on it. File a police report now! Send all of your documents to the Phoenix Police Dept, the Documents Fraud department.

They have to be stopped now and we need to get our money back.
