| NRA Group LLC for mouths has started a conspiracy to defraud me out of 190 dollars for cds that i never order,do not have and is not in my name.this company or a rep also got ahold to my personal info some how in used it to try to get goods in the rep home town of harrisbarg ,pa. my name in stanley,i'm also a current member of yourmusic.com aka bmg music club formally know as columbia house music club a bmg Direct company,and has been for some time now.they also reported an account from a unnamed music club to my credit report in a name thats not mines. on monday i will file a lawsuit Against National Recovery Agency for unlawful debt collection practices by attempting to collect a debt not actually owed and reporting false information to two top credit bureau.i will seeks $60,000 in actual damages plus $1,000 statutory damages under federal law, $1,000 Statutory damages under state law, attorney fees and costs. |
