Contacted by phoning to offer a good return with low risk using only 5% of my account. In doing this every day and showing me how my account would increase every day, was asked to take my account to 25,000USD. I would be phoned daily, given trades, told how much to put on, to get our capital increased by 5% every day.

I mentioned I was getting an inheritance and would be able to put more into our account to receive a bigger return quicker.  John Louis, Senior Broker of Algo Capitals then said if we put in 50,000USD I would receive an insured trade to the value of 50,000USD and then if I put in another 25,000USD I would receive a second insured trade.  I did receive the first insured trade, but not the second. 

John was away from office and gave us an alternative contact to continue trading.  His name was Jack T. Jack had me trading my full account on five or six trades.  First giving me -500USD on completion of trades which I emailed John that I wasn't happy with risking all of my funds on trades.  I never received any acknowlegement from John since then.  About three days later Jack phoned & had me risk all my capital again on trades, which gave me an 500USD increase in my account.  Two weeks later he phoned again, risked all our capital again to find we lost 49,000USD of my account.  On repeated request to withdraw some funds, it has fallen on deaf ears.

On entering the website NRGoptions.co, for withdrawal requests, when clicking on withdrawal requests all that can be seen is a withdrawal request page with no withdrawal request box other than question boxes, why do I want to withdraw money, and how do I rate my experience trading, how do I rate my experience with my account manager, would I recommend NRGoptions.co, am I likely to trade with NRGoptions.co again.  Nowhere is there a request box of how much I would like to withdraw.

John does not return any of our emails or skype calls. Since requesting from Jack that I didn't want to risk everything in my account, only 5% on a daily basis, & mentioning that I still have one secured trade in place, I have not heard from him since.

He no longer answers any of my calls.  My calls on Skype or requests for trading 5% of my account is ignored.

112,000USD is still in my account and I am unable to take this out.  I fear I have lost my total investment.
