I did show some interest in the  Binary options and had come across ads of several agencies.I tried briefly with one broker using his automated system. On April 23,2014,I had a phone call from Mr Victor Parker claiming I had contacted them. I get so much mail that I did not doubt I may have started some enquiry (even if I did I could not remember). I told him I had tried Binary with Cedar Finance through one of these brokers using an automated system and I stopped. Mr Parker was convincing that they will teach me and provide the necessary training in addition to up front bonus which I will use so that my money will not be at risk. He said that the minimum deposit was $250.00US.I told him I have other commitments and can only afford $ 100.00US. He referred me to his manager ( Mr Brian Bendish  ) with the hope that some  accommodation would be possible. After a long discussion, I made an initial deposit of $100.00 USD, using the NRG supplied link  and with Mr Parker on the phone simultaneously.

Mr Bendish later called back to explain the various options and  bonuses. He explained the deposits that will attract bonus and the amounts. My deposit was clearly out of the range and he tried convincing me to look at the benefits. He explained NRG's good relations with Mastercard and the special premiums associated with Platinum. I never committed to use more than $100US.

Later that evening,I logged in to my credit card account and noted that three (3) further withdrawals in favor of NRG BINARY on the same date (I have not used their system except to make   the deposit pending a scheduled training session with one of their staff members-Mr Benjamin Brandt - this has not taken place). I tried contacting the officials I spoke with to alert them of the anomaly but with no success. I attempted to login to their system and to effect a withdrawal of the funds. Up to this point I am unable to login. I made contact with their support desk and despite several replacement passwords I cannot access the account. Initially felt the password was the issue but at this stage I view this as unethical if not an outright scam on the part of NRG BINARY and do request an immediate reversal of the funds.

These are the names of contacts I have been trying desperately to have this matter resolved and but no one is responding:  Victor Parker <VictorP@nrgbinary.com>; Brian Bendish <BrianB@nrgbinary.com>; Benjamin Brandt BenjaminB@nrgbinary.com. I have several commitments and I stand to lose a small business I started a few weeks ago. I do not have the money, and cannot afford to lose $700.USD in this way.
