I Talked to matt of land auction though their 800 number and he said that since i can't pay the down payment, the contract is automaticallu cancelled and i got a letter from a woman saying their keeping all the $680 i paid them so far at auction.
These slimeballs are bottom feeders preying on inexperienced land investors and lie a lot about everything. This scumbag matt said that of course i don't owe the $6000 seller loan since thier putting the piece of land back for auction to the next sucker.
I am still getting letters from the other slimeball outfit in this money scheme Monterey Financial Services. These two go together like poop and flies. I will make them pay for ripping me off.
