These people have committed some many Federal crimes they should all be in prison. They continue making harassing phone calls to me after the payment has cleared my bank account. They call me at work even though I have repeatedly told them not to call me at work. They do not apply my payments on the day it is received as required by Federal Law. Their latest exploits include calling me about someone elses account, lying to me during a collections call and leaving threatening messages on my answering machine. My account is current and always has been. With the number of Federal Laws they have broken the LLC designation provides them no protection. LandAuction appears to be contracting with unsuspecting companies to do their dirty work and commit Federal crimes as a way to avoid litigation against them. I first started sending payments to Monterey Financial Carlsbad CA. I was sent a payment coupon book then a couple months later I told not to use the payment coupons and wait for the statement in the mail. A couple months after that Monterey Financial failed to send the statement until the day before the due date. It took two days for the statement to reach me and two days for my payment to get back to them. In the mean time they started making harassing phone calls to me at work. When Monterey Financial got in trouble for violating Federal laws, I was told start making payment to Concord Servicing Corporation in Phoenix, AZ. Concord Servicing Corporation continued making harassing phone calls to me after the payment has cleared my bank account and called me at work even though I have repeatedly told them not to call me at work. A few months ago I stop receiving statements from Concord Servicing Corporation. I have continued making payment on time by logging into the online account and printing out the summary. Landauction.com now redirects to auction.com which is Real Estate Disposition Corporation. Jesse Sanchez has been calling me about someone elses account which is delinquent. He has lied to me, a Federal crime for a collections person, called me a work, a Federal crime for a collections person and left threatening messages on my answering machine, a Federal crime. I told him that I was recording all the conversations and I have digital recordings of him committing these Federal crimes.
