These people represent a company that has no respect for the rights and dignity of anyone who has unpaid debt. They will immediately disrespect you (without any consideration to your background or financial situation), will not properly introduce themselves, and loudly and freely exchange personal information about you within an open office of loud and arrogant "debt collectors" who have no concern of helping you resolve your debt issues.
Their managers are corrupt, unable to properly represent the companies they are collecting monies for, or negotiate with the consumer from which they are collecting money.
This company is run by thugs who treat the average Americans like criminals.
Debt does not discriminate against age, gender, economic background, or sex. But, NRS does!

Where exactly where you ripped off here? Your unhappy about the treatment of a collection agency, join the crowd.
If you feel they have violated the fair debt collection act contact the FTC.
You haven't provided any information regarding a ripoff however. A ripoff would be if they took funds without your approval.
Why did you get sent to collection to begin with?
