I bought a 2002 Malibu from Shawn Gresham of NSD Autos. I found the car off of Craigslist. I met shawn at a gas station on Hiram Acworth hwy called Sunoco.
He Told me that the only thing wrong with the car was that it needed new rotars. within 5 min of driving off I noticed the check engine light on. after about 30 miles of driving the car started having problems with overheating.
I contacted Shawn and told him what was going on, he said he would take care of the preexiting problems. he also gave me a 30 day warrenty on the engine and transmission. I have not been able to get in contact with him since.
It is unlawful for a dealer or individual to sell a car to someone who lives in a clean air county that wont pass emission. it is also a breech of the warrenty for the car to have over heating problems
