I found an unexpected charge on my "bank activity" this morning for $97 made by NSI NeighborhoodSolu Brandon FL. I was checking to make sure my Social Security deposit had been received. Spent over 3 hours trying to find a way of contacting "someone" to have this charge reversed. Finally obtained a number, called, only to hear a outbound message about accessing my web or similar words, difficult to understand. No way given to leave a message at this number.
It was a surprise to see a name I often get emails from-I don't remember responding to any of them with an order. One of the other "leads" given by ask.com was your site with another woman's exactly the same complaint against this person and/or company with a repeated charge a month later. I'll go to my bank as soon as I complete this. I think the fee for "stop payment" on a check is $35; assume same for debit card "stops"
