NSS - 800-205-9198 - EW Magazine Charged to my account for magazines never ordered or recieved Internet

I recieved a charge to my bank account of $34.95 for a check card purchase on 01/08 for "EW MAGAZINE 800-205-9198 CT." Unlike your average younger member of society I monitor my bank account, keep track of my purchases, and don't spend the little money I have on subscriptions to worthless magazines. I called the number provided and was addressed by a machine like I expected to be, but what was odd was that the name of the company or any other basic information was never given. When I finally got to the "EXPLAIN A CHARGE" option they had no record of either of my addresses, my home number, or even my last name. I eventually had to give them my actual card number to get any sort of answers. I was given the option to cancel my subscription with a refund for editions not yet recieved but I've never recieved any in the first place and it claims I ordered the subscription over two years ago. The unexpected, and unreasonable charge caused me to overdraft on my account causing fee's and an undoubtable blemish on my credit history. I will be working with my bank in an attempt to reverse this and get some sort of results from what appears to be a very shady company. Even online research turned up no official website for the company when I searched for NSS Magazines, or the number given, I just came across multiple complaints on a multitude of websites. I just wanted to dispute the claims that this is a legitimate well run company, and the public is a mass of uneducated illiterate simpletons with a well written account of how they have ripped me off.
