Please be advised that my debit card is being charged without my authorization for several months now. Due to being unaware of these charges, I have also received compounded charges from my banking institution for every insufficient Questsavers and NSS Magazine charge submitted.
I spoke with a representative from Questsavers last evening on 10/27/03, who after 20 minutes of deliberating agreed to reimburse my account for partial charges (Questsavers only) and and indicated that the charges from NSS Magazine were separate and they would not reimburse me for them nor my accummulated bank charges for insufficient funds.
This misfortune has caused me a terrible inconvenience as well as financial dismay; as I have relocated to another state and have no means of reconciling with my banking institution other than to close the account all together and pay the charges personally.
