I recently got my credit card statement and saw two unauthorized charges shown as: NSS* ......MAGZN 800-927-9578 for $24.97 and also: NSS* ......MAGAZINE 800-927-9578 for $15.00. These were magazines that I had recieved "free" as part of a membership to a group listing on the internet a year ago and were going to expire. I intentionally DID NOT renew the subscriptions because I did not want them anymore. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING TO AUTHORIZE AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL!!!!

Then when you call the 800-927-9578 number you get a voice recognition machine to refund your money! I was able to talk to a human being by saying: "HUMAN","TALK TO A PERSON".
