NSS Magazine Subscriptions RIPOFF! NSS Magazine scam Stamford Connecticut

I was purchasing clothing on the internet and at the end of my sale I was asked if I would like three FREE magazine subscriptions. I should have known, they were not even close to free. I said yes and picked out my three magazines. I didn't give them any credit card info but aparently the website I bought clothing from did. I was charged $20, $15, and $15 right away on my American Express. I quickly cancelled and received a notice from American Express that they investigated the dispute and the company would refund my charges but would not refund $15.00 total for partial return/restocking/or shipping and handling fees. What a joke. This has got to be illegal.
