I found that once again they charged to my debit card.the same amount for both the magazines. Automobile $19.94 and PC MAGAZINE
for $39.97.
The amount was deducted from my checking account on 12/03/01. I went to the bank thinking something can be done. But
nothing happened.
Again when I tried looking my balance on 12/17/01, I found again they deducted the same amounts on
12/12/01. The amount is nearly $120 now. How can I avoid them.
Many times I tried calling the number 1-800-927-9578, it is a computer based answering system.I asked for cancellation.But not even a single dollar was returned back to my account.What can be done for this?
