I support the previous complainer about NTC Financial.
NTC Financial urges you to believe they can resolve your tax issue. However, they actually push their standard 15-year tax review. They disregard what the customer needs and what is affordable for the customer. Their recommendation is yields results that are not helping the customer and in fact are not affordable. It is an up sell attempt.
Please, search the NTC Financial complaint filed with the Southeast Florida BBB (Click complaints). When I told them about the BBB complaint they said they responded and the case was closed in no time. However, they took more than 2 months to respond. They did not attempt to resolve anything. No wonder that all complaints about NTC Financial are “resolved” by:
“Complaint Resolution: Company addressed the complaint issues. The consumer failed to acknowledge acceptance to BBB.”
In summary: Do not waste your precious time and money with NTC Financial like I did. I consider it my duty to inform NTC Financial’s prospects.

Hello Mrs Housepier,
I encourage you to file promptly a report via www.bbb.org. Then search for NTC Financial. You will find: NTC Financial, LLC, 120 S Olive Ave. #500, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The click on File a Complaint. Follow up with the BBB at the set deadlines as you may not receive their emails.
NTC Financial is a very smooth-talking company where they ensure you that they can provide the services you need. In my case I needed a payment arrangement with the IRS. They urgently recommend you to quickly digitally sign a generic work agreement. The agreement is so generic that it does not really specify your requirements. But you trust they will do what you asked them to do.
After they receive the payment a different person at NTC Financial starts on your case. That person seems unaware of your needs are. They then recommend a solution: In my case they recommended:
Business Development for Autark, (ESTP and profit and loss reviews) as well consider Incorporating
Prepare and File 2013 Federal Tax Return
Place all Federal Tax Liability into a Non Collectible Status
Advise the consumer to ensure there is no future tax balances.
Cost of Services: $3500.00 to be paid in 4 equal payments
Now how does this relate to payment arrangement with the IRS? How affordable is that when I barely could pay for their $800 service? How could NTC Financial, knowing my situation,
With the information I provided in advance (so before signaing their generic work agreement) they could have known that they will be unable to provide a direct solution. And when inspecting the generic agreement you will discover that it is so generic that you quickly will satisfy this agreement. And the agreement is definitely not worth the $800 they required. They seem in my eyes not to have satisfied the agreement.
I seemed to be the only one who complained with the BBB but when you look carefully you see that all cases get closed because the customer failed to respond. NTC Financial has a very smooth way to handle these disputes with the BBB. The BBB clearly needs to receive more complaints to realize that NTC Financial is out for their own financial benefit and not to serve the customers.
I am still in the process of requesting a refund and compensation for damages. I encourage you to do the same.
It simply cannot be true that companies make predatory calls on customers and make promises and urge them to sign their generic work agreement (this is the trap!) and then later to turn around and forget about the customer's needs and interpret the work agreement as satisfied. NTC Financial seems an unethical not at all interested in satisfying the customer but just defending that it did what was stated in the work agreement (according to their interpretation, that is). I will support your case where I can. Together we will be strong.

Agree with the individual who had a complaint about NTC Financial in August 2014. I'm going through the same thing. In fact I wasn't told about an extra fee and when I emailed them to talk, I received an undeliverable email, that said the account does not exist. My one tax problem that was supposed to be resolved is not resolved and I got a letter saying the people who gave them a call are not working by the state rules and that the agreement will not be honored. They really haven't done anything but call and ask for money.
