was looking for a repair kit for my floor jack and specifically avoided ntxtools because of the horrible reviews regarding ship time, failure to ship and poor communication. i found the kit on 6/29 on the etoolpros.com website and ordered it along with a couple of sockets and a wrench. on 7/12, i still had heard nothing, so i contacted them on their website to inquire about my order. on 7/16, i still had heard nothing, so i sent an email asking they cancel the order, i needed to get it elsewhere so i could get my jack fixed. never heard a word...until 8/3 when i got an email that it was sent and found my credit card has been billed. i've already bought the stuff elsewhere, now i've got it twice and they are continuing the ntxtools.com scam as etoolpros.com.
