NU 2 U AUTO WORLD FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY-COLLECT CAR PAYMENTS AND DO NOT APPLY THEM TO YOUR ACCOUNT!!! CLEMENTON, New Jersey

 I got a car from Nu2u and 6-7 months later it broke down and needed over $2,000.00 worth of repairs, which shouldn't happen when you're buying a $15,000.00 vehicle. I called and spoke with Kenny himself and let him know that I had to put the car in the shop to be fixed and I'd be 2 payments late but I'd make up both payments when I come in because I didn't have a vehicle, I just wanted to make sure he knew so I wasn't fixing a car they were going to repossess.

He assured me 110% that it would be fine and it wouldn't get taken, which was a complete lie. Not even 3 days after I paid the shop and got yhe car back he had a tow truck come get the SUV in the middle of the night with all my work tools and my daughters school stuff, not to mention that he claimed I NEVER paid on the vehicle and now I have a judgement on my credit for the FULL AMOUNT of the vehicle.

There's absolutely NO WAY THAT'S LEGAL!!! If ANYONE knows what I can do to get justice PLEASE HELP ME and let me know how to stop these people so they CAN'T do this type thing to another innocent hard working father or mother, IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT!!! They are scumbags and low lives that don't deserve to get away with this illegal actions.

 This was resolved. They were very helpful afterwards and helped us the best they could. This was a misunderstanding, all of my questions were answered and we were very happy with the outcome.

I never had the opportunity to retrieve my belongings...they are full of crap...I called them several times spoke to different people there and wanted to get all my items car seat, cell phone etc...they would not let me. They claimed car was in a different state...bullshit. They are liars and scammers! I read many complaints online against them do your research first before you buy from them, I wish I had. They treat people like crap! Every time I called to find out how much was past due, I recieved a different amount! Liars.

 Hello, I am sorry that this person was upset, and I wish there was something else that  could have done to reconcile. After audting our files we did make a mistake and applied Lissette's $300.00 money order, which she mentions above, to someone elses account. We made the necessary correction to her account, however Lissette was still $2300.00 behind on her payments.  When Lissette purchased the car, she signed paperwork which reserves the right for Nu2u to legally repossess the auto if any payments are not paid on the due date. After 6 months of no payments and trying to be understanding with Lissette by listening to her work issues, family issues and other excuses why she could not make a payment,  Nu2u repossesed the automobile with legal paperwork.

Everything that Nu2u has done in accordances to all laws and regualtions in NJ.  Nu2u strives to be the best we can and mistakes can be made, but we can only learn from the past to make the future better.
