I wish I had read these Rip-Off Reports last year! As the other complaints stated, Nu-Again does not deliver what it promises.  Paid 800.00 for deck refinishing.. They did not sand as stated, or written in our contract, and before summer was over, the deck stain was peeling and coming up.  Had a good warranty, or so we thought, so call this April 21st to have deck redone.  Nathan said he came out, but we never saw him, and our dogs always alert us. He said it would be done by the "Warranty Crew", in the next week--what a joke!  They came out July 8th and power washed the deck, leaving everything in the yard.  We called the next day to see when they would finish, and was told early next week--it's now the 21st of July, and we were informed that it would be next week. My husband called Nathan today, and was told our work order had been lost.  Place the blame on someone else.  My husband told him that was The Worst Deck Job we had ever had done, and Nathan said it was the dogs fault.  Being as we have had dogs ever since the deck was built, this didn't hold much water.  Our plants were sprayed with stain last year, also.  I will lock my fence gates so the workers will have to come to the door.  Oh, and they didn't close the gate when they left last time so one of our dogs got loose.  My husband asked to have some of the payment refunded, and we would find someone else do the deck--of course,the  answer was no.  We will make sure that everyone we know will be told what a scam Nathan is running.. Good website, smooth talker, good warranty= SCAM.  "Warranty Work" takes back seat to the "New" work, because the money is in the newly scammed!
