My report is as follows.

We were good people just trying to find the right condo for rent.We are professionals.

We came to see NuRiver a couple of times and decided to put a deposit on one of the apartments,although the air conditioning was not running well.We hoped it would be fixed.Each apartment is owned by a different person.And this guy was burned by people who lived in his apartment and did not pay him and ran out on him.Not my problem.Therefore he wanted three months rent up front which I thought was quite a bit since the apartment was arroubd 3000.00 a month.

Bottom line he backed out on us no reason why and the office kept the money we gave them for an initial credit report. So the owner backs out on us yet the office thought it was ok to keep our initial money we gave them.

Not good. They are completely unprofessional and would not even talk to us about the problem.

Do not go there.It is very bad.
