Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company is a pure rip off. Do not order anything from via, Ebay, Pricewatch.com, Bizrate, or on their site at Nushopsolutions.com.
They claim on their site that they send out the product the same day or next business day. Not only did they send out the product 3 weeks after my order, but they sent the wrong product to the wrong address.
The most frustrating thing is that they never answer their phone or return voice mails. No response with email too. If you want to avoid a head headache do not buy anything from this fake company.

I Too Have Been Ripped Off By Them

I placed an order on nushopsolutions.com on August 4th, 2008 and today is September 4th, 2008. It has been a month and they have not shipped my order, they have not responded to a single one of my emails or phone calls, though they did charge my credit card for $83.60 immediately after I placed the order. The website claims to be a Yahoo Small Merchant website and I have contacted Yahoo small merchant services through their fraud department for assistance in this area, however I have received no response as of yet. I suggest that anyone else affected by nushopsolutions.com to fill out the abuse form at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/abuse.html

So far, I have received good service. I just hope my current order continues to keep me optimistic. Alex, I hope someone is paying attention to the numerous {asitives responses. All it takes is a few customers to make or break a company's reputation. Make me a believer. I didn't find all the Pasivives posts until after I submitted my order, and I was very glad to read that there were so many! One year ago, Nushopsolution had a 95-98% satisfaction response.
Today They have a 100% thats seems great for a company thats only been aroung for a year.
Keep up the good work.
