I have previously filed a rip off report but the problem is escalating. Originally I ordered Ram for $45 but it never arrived. Lots of email were sent to Susan Lee in Customer Service with a response of "the product has been shipped". The next response says now the product has been shipped or will be shipped. Then they took $98.73 from my acct. without an order. On the 15th of Sep. they took an additional $98 from my acct. (no order) The bank has been informed but they seem to be unable to stop this.
