I allowed my Checking account to be debited for either $3.00 or $4.00 only (postage & handling). I notice on 1/2/08, my Checking account was debited in the amount of $87.31. When I received the product I took it to the Post Office as a refusal.
When I checked my Checking account today, I have another debit in there for $89.31. What gives them the right to debit my Checking account whenever they feel like it. I didn't give them permission to debit my account on a monthly base, when I receive their product in the mail, I'm going to return it to the Post Office.
This can't be legal.

You can certainly return the product but that will not stop these theives. You checking account number is a license for them to steal and that is what they are doing. They will continue to steal money from you until you contact your bank and/or cancel your checking account. Do this quickly because another 90.00 charge is just around the corner.
