I don't usually do this but it needs to be done. These people are sending a product that, for me anyway, does not perform as advertised. Sorry, it just didn't work for me. On top of that, they sent me another bottle and charged my credit card. I am returning the new bottle. And, telling Visa I want the charges refunded.
