Nuluxe Skin & Eye Inner Allure and Skin Beauty Nuluxe Skin &; Nuluxe Eye Rip Off Costa Mesa California

I purchased the trial size online. They charged me a total of $10.90 on October 2, 2017.  They did not have a small print stating that you had tyo cancel 7 days before the shipping date in the small print. I read it carefully.But just in case, I sent a letter on October 10, 2017 to the address on the package requesting no more products be sent and no more charges to my account.

On October 16, 2017, they charged my account $89.95 for Inner Allure and $89.95 for Skin Beauty. Now this is not what was advertised- Nuluxe was the trial size that I ordered.

On November 15, 2017, they charged my account $91.90 for Inner beauty and $94.90 for Skin Beauty. On December 15, 2017 they charged me $91.90 for Inner Allure and $94.90 for Skin Beauty.

I called them on 12/27/2017 and spoke with a customer service rep named Jay. I asked him to refund me my money and I told him not to send me anymore products. At that time he told me that I was required to notify them 7 days prior to shipping of the product. How would I know when the product would be shipped out. My letter sent on October 10, 2017 should have taken care of that.

The problem with notifying them is that you can't get a hold of them. Even my bank tried to locate them using the names on my account and she couldn't locate Skin Beauty.

This was a rip off. They got me for $549.80. I plan to do everything I can to get my money back. The product doesn't work.
