Number One Music Deceptive Scam - Stay away from this company Internet

I am the band owner of Mechanics Of The Mind, I had an account with NIM, for about a year, I paid for the service, on a monthly basis, however when I started emailing my fans, I was getting 80%+ bounced back as bogus email addresses, then when I would get a communication with a fan, and I would respond, I would get nothing back........I have cancelled the subscription with NIM and sent them 3 Emails through their email service on the main page, I did this on Jan 12th give or take a day, and now they are still billing my CC, I never got a response back from NIM saying they are going to cancel the subscription, as I did request that in each of the 3 emails that I sent to NIM.

Here is why I canceled, a friend of mine put up 8 songs that were not recorded in a studio, they recorded themselves and they were of the 80's Rock Era ( Mine were all recorded in a Professional studio, and Mastered ) anyway these songs were not even of CD Quality, and within the 1st month, my friend had 40,000 Page views, my band Mechanics Of The Mind, had been on the site for well over a year, paying monthly, and we were just at 40,000 +, in addition my friends band was getting up to 3,000 listens a day??

I and my friend sent emails to NIM and never got a response, either of us, as we were questioning if there could be a problem. NIM is a complete Scam, and I want nothing to do with another company trying to rob me of being a musician, it is hard enough to make the music that we do.. I demanded a full refund from NIM, and I still have heard nothing back.
