nunez auto mart inconsiderate jerk and rude manchester, Tennessee

I bought a 2003 Saturn Ion,03-09-2012, the car had 80,686 miles on it, total purchase price,$7527.00. I put $2500.00 cash down on the car and financed $5027.00 through a bank. On 08-20-2012 The car broke down in the middle of a busy
intersection.I had it towed and found out the transmission had completely gone out, the car now has 81000 miles on it.

 I called Mr.Rolando Nunez on 08-30-2012 I explained what had happened to the vehicle and told him I had contacted the
bank that had my loan on the vehicle, they told me if i paid $2000.00 they would release the title to the car so i could sell it.I ask him if he would pay the $2000.00 to get the title for the car, take the car back and i would purchase another used car from him. He told me he would call his mechanic to find out about getting a new transmission for the car and what the cost would be and then call me back later that day to let me know what he could do. By 09-07-2012 he had not called me so i ask my son-in-law to call him to see if he was going to do anything.

At first Mr. Nunez told my son in law that he was planning to call me later that day.He was still waiting for his mechanic to get back with him.Mr Nunez said the only transmission they had been able to find had over 200,000 miles on it and he wasnt buying back a car he couldnt fix and was going to lose money on. My son in law then told Mr. Nunez that we had found a transmission that had 67000 miles on it and the cost was $1700.00, Mr. Nunez( the owner)said I dont care
what you found ,you dont tell me what i have to do. My son in law said  im not telling you that you have to do anything, im asking you to help them get a car that is going to run since you have already made $7200.00 on the car and you are going to make more by fixing it and reselling it and they are willing to purchase another vehicle from you to replace this car. Mr Nunez hung up on him. he called him back and ask if he was bothering him or inconveniencing him talking about it and Mr. Nunez said i was going to help her but now no, this conversation is over and he hung up again.
