Nunning Heating and Air Didnt do their job and basically stole 295dollars from me Evansville, Indiana

I had Nunning heating and air come out to check my system for leaks and charge my system as it was moved by husband and set up by him. They waited til they had the freon in the system to tell me they couldnt guarantee it. The guy said there was no leaks that he could detect. 8days later my system is freezing up.

I looked around kinda knowing what to look for leak wise and find at my outside unit oily looking stuff all over and a cap to the service port on the ground.

I called Nunning and told them what was going on and they said they would send someone out to see if it wad their fault. It was 103 outside and I waited for 4 hours to be told I would be charged reguardless of it was their fault or not. I asked to speak to a manager and were told they were out but could leave a msg for them so I did and I called another company to come help me out.

The other guys showed up and said there was no way nunning could have even hooked their equipment up to my system the pipes were twisted wrong and to top it off one of the fittings wasnt even attatched so it would have been leaking all along. They got me up and running.

Needless to say I still havent got my call back from Nunning Heating and Air I also filed a report with the bbb.
