I understand that I was paying for a free trial shipment. It happens that they deducted over $300 from my bank account as I gave them this at the request for shipment. I should have realized that this was not right when I had to give my card. Santa Ana California

I purchased a "trial" delivery of skin and eye cream as advertised by Dr. Oz.  This I do not generally do , but I assumed that the source was reliable. I received a delivery and could not tell the effectiveness of wrinkles being removed. So, I ordered a second trial to better evaluate. What happened is that I saw large charges on my bank statement. I called immediately toask for a cancellation. They said that they would. The amounts were not removed although I stated clearly that I did not want a monthly supply. I have the notice of cancellation. Other charges apppeared on my statement, I called today and I was told that I needed to call a second company for them to cancel. I also informed that I had returned two packages after my first conversation from them and the cancellation. They said that it was not acceptable, I needed to get a apecial number to make a return. I could get this number by calling them. they said that they could only confirm the return with this number.

They , both comapnies tht appear to be the same, said that I could get a discount but I had signed for an automatic monthly delivery. The charges total over $300 and each derduction is of a different amount presumably for the same items.

they do not accpet the returns as valid.

This appears to me to be a quetionable opeation. I use different phone numbers but I am told that there are tow companies but in the same building. It is a clossial mess and I am out over $300. I have informed my bank. They suggest that I consider getting a new card  since there are deductions after the cancelled date.
