Misleading the public by claiming to be (Nur Benz) only Benz mechanics. Explains why. They figured people with s benz are easier to bamboozle and overcharge. These guys charged me $2150 supposedly fixing a series of problems. Where I took my car in for minor work, they started discovering a series of serious problems. Using the fear tactic that I would be stranded. That my car would have far more damage. That I will end up paying 3 times as much. They mislead me. Claimed to have fixed my car. Now it has the same original problem I originally took it in for. And when I went back to speak to the owner Juan. He was extremely disrespectful and started using profanity. As a so called expert and small business owner I didn't expect that type of response. I am very upset over the fact that my car was not repaired and I paid them. I'm sure there are people out there that have the same horror stories. If anyone please come forward and share the story how Juan owner of Nur Benz ripped you off.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience...it doesn't sound anywhere near the experience I've had with this company. Juan has been amazing and I've taken my S600 Mercedes to him for about 4 years now. He has saved me so much money, because I was originally ripped off when I purchased it from Jama in Hermosa Beach! From the start there were many problems that Jama "could not find!" I took it over to Dynamic Performance in Manhattan Beach and although they were nice people, they were sooo expensive! I searched and found Juan at Nur Benz and he not only fixed the problem, but was very reasonable on price! This car is very expensive to maintain and he has kept me on the road ever since with issue after issue that would arise. Juan is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and very fair on prices!tTrust me, if you take a Mercedes anywhere else, you'll pay twice as much and there's a good chance it won't be fixed! I don't usually write reviews, but I felt strongly about sharing my positive experience with Juan at Nur Benz! I highly recommend seeing for yourself. Go meet him and give him a try!
