Neustar Financial Services - Nustar Mortgage Resources Lies And Does Not Pay Loan Officers! Where's my commission check? You owe me! Overgaard Arizona

I am/was a loan officer under Nustar Mortgage Resources,LLC previously known as Neustar Financial Services, Inc. I have been on hold for 6 weeks to be paid on a loan closing although Nustar Mortgage Resources, LLC have been paid from the loan closing via wire transfer 6 weeks ago.

There have been other loan officers in the same situation and they try to uses excuses; such as, "Nichole Meacham isn't in to sign the check" or "Kam Weston handles payroll" or call "Tom Meacham as he handles this" or "our office was broken into and checks and credit cards were stolen"....and the list goes on. Now this seems to be the reason that the State of Arizona sent me a letter about Neustar Financial Services,Inc in regards to their operation and Paul Meacham.

I called my state inquiring about my 2008 loan officer license and found out Licenses were mailed out BUT they are waiting on Nichole Meacham to comply with additional information and according to Eva Clark who is an employee of theirs states "this is something WE have never been asked before". They ALL have caller ID as well as call forwarding on their phones. so they can try and cover each other from the Overgaard, Arizona location to the Springfield location.

I contacted my State and advised them I did not want to be associated with Nustar Mortgage Resources,LLC only to find out Nustar Mortgage Resources, LLC did not give notice that they no longer hold a license in Arizona!
All I can say. I will get paid and I will go as far as I have to and Loan Officers Beware! Don't buy into it. seek employment elsewhere. I was with them for 5 years.
