My granddaughter ordered their product on 8/2/2017 and was charged $4.87. Two weeks later, there was a charge on her checking account for $79.61. This is not a 30-day trial by any means.

I have tried calling their customer service before and if you're lucky enough to talk to a live person, they are extremely unhelpful. They try to get you to get other products and use high pressure tactics in doing so.

It's impossible to get your money back, no matter what they say. And the terms of the "free trial" are in such small print, no one can read them. If this was a legitimate deal, the terms would be in readable type right next to the price.

Do not, under any circumstances, order anything from this company. There are several other companies in this category - Nutra Pure and Sonopoy - that I believe are actually related. They all have the same area code (855) but different numbers and are all based at the same address - if it's even a real address.
