Nutra Foods charging your c/card without my permission.. Middletown Delaware

I keep recieving thier advertising on my email, I decided to order thier trial and im responsible for S.H. fees for $4.99, when you actually order thier merchandise theres no terms of policy at all, anyway I have used my major c/card # and order the trial, after I recieve the merchandise I havent even had chance to used it at all, because im waiting for my primary doctor to arrive from her vacation. I have a medical condition I have been taken blood tinner and I was advised from my private doctor im not allowed to take this pills due my condition.

couple days later here a full bottle of the same diet pills, and they have charge my c/card for the anount of $87.65 without my permission and I have call several # for the more info how can I return the merchandise with opening the package for the second bottle, and they told me that they dont accept return merchandise. I explain to her that I didnt even open the package at all, she told me it doesnt matter at all. I explain to her my condition and the only thing shes could say to is sorry to hear that, theres nothing we cant do to give a refund at all. so I told told her that is okay for you guys to charge me for the trial and cost $4.99 and I'll be glad to return both bottles, and you could see I did not open the trial bottle all and same words. theres nothing they cannot give me a refund at all.
