Nutra Pure's TrimFit Garcinia supplements are a complete scam. They not only do not work at all, they have put up many obstacles to cancel or receive any sort of refund. There is nothing on the packing slip or in the package indicating how to contact them, the customer service number is the only way to contact them from their website and that number has been disconnected. The only way I found to contact them was from my credit card statement. When calling, they put you through many hoops to cancel and imply that this is not possible and then only when you threaten, do they take an action. But the initial 5 actions they take are to give you a discount or offer you other products despite telling them you have no interest in their fraudulent scams. Eventually they allowed the cancellation (in theory, my next credit card statement will show the result). There are lawsuits against this company and any company that is offering the garcinia supplement, including Dr. Ox who heavily promoted the supplement for weight loss.
