I too have been scanned. Ordered a $4.95 trial, then receive no other contact our contact info from the company, until they start billing my credit card at $90 and 2 weeks later another shipment. I find a phone number online, along with info saying that's the only way you can cancel. Tried to call numerous times and message said they were closed - even when it was during hours the website said they were open. Find an email address. Email bounced. Tried to call again today and finally got a person. She kept arguing with me trying to tell me I wasn't taking it properly or trying to switch me to another plan. I kept saying no, finally yelling at her. I said I don't want your product, don't want billing delayed and don't authorize any charges. I want everything cancelled. She kept trying to talk over me while I'm yelling at her. Finally, she gave me a cancellation number. I don't trust her and I'm contacting my bank as well.
