A female representative called me on November 18 and told me about this NutraSlim5. She identified 5 ingredients that correspond to the ingredients in NutraSlim HCA--I checked after the fact. She said I would be part of a study, that I could buy 2 bottles and get 1 free for $109 plus change, and for an additional $5 I could get express mailed and get it by Tuesday 11/22. I asked the representative for an email confirmation of my order and she agreed. I never got said confirmation. I complained about it using the online form to say I didn't get a confirmation email. No one ever responded to those two forms. I finally got someone on the line at on the 21st and they said it was just mailed out. Then I got email saying they mailed it and included a tracking number. I checked that tracking number with the Post Office several times after a day and got a notice each time that they didn't recognize that number. Sure enough it was not in the mail on the 22nd. I received the bottles Saturday--December 10! This is after I contacted the Postal Service and made a complaint about the company and they initiated an investigation and after I filed a complaint with my bank to stop the payment. Today, Dec. 12, I called to get an RMA number to return the product and the man answering the phone said I couldn't return the product!!! He said I hadn't tried it and that I could only return a product if it was the wrong product. I never heard of such a thing and the woman who called and took my order never mentioned anything like this. I think this is a scam and the now I think the product's worthless. Has anybody else been contacted about this product?

NutraSlim5 is a ripoff

AUTHOR: Amy - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 27, 2016

Similar thing happened to me.  I ordered it, was told there is a money back guarantee.  After I started using it, it really bothered my stomach so I called and was told I should try using it differently.  When I called back to say it was still hurting my stomach and I wanted to return it, I was told it was past the 30 day money back deadline (by 2 days).  A woman made the initial sales call to my cell phone and the same guy answered the 844-483-0337 number that I called all 5 times.  A huge waste of $109.95.  The guy told me all I could do was write a letter to the po box address on the packing list.  Such a scam!!!
