I am not sure what catorgories to use, none seem to apply. But here is my problem with this company. My husband came down with cancer and after his stemcell tranplant he could hardly swollow. So I ordered a Nutri Bullet to purree his food. They automatically took their first payment out of my Visa. Shortly after my bank closed our cards and sent us a new one. It had something to do with faud. Not sure if it was on our end or theirs. Because Nutribullet no longer had access to my account they billed me. I wrote back telling them I had not receivered the bullet. I wrote a couple more times and they ignored me. For months I waited to hear and finally tried emailing customer server. A few weeks passed and I received insurance papers. I filled them out and mailed them back the same day. On the bottom off that sheet it asked if I wanted a refund or the product. I wanted the product and offered to pay the difference I would have owed. I never received my Nutri bullet and I never heard from them again. So I chaulked it to a bad experience with this company. However. I have just learned that they put me in the credit bureau as owing them $82. When the truth is they owe me $40.00. So becareful when dealing with them.
