Be very careful when ordering product from this company. Your confirmation is a no information, no phone number, no amount receipt with a number only and the email address. Thanks to Rip-Off I found the telephone number and called.

The Rip-Off happens when trusting, ie, dumb consumers fail to read the terms and conditions listed at the bottom of the confirmation before they order. I was told by telephone to Kelly who acted like she owned the company that this is where the information is given regarding a 15 Day trial and billing for additional orders. A very sneaky, falsley misleading pretense.

I only noticed when I checked my online bank account, as I try to do daily and discovered the pending charge exactly 15 days after I ordered the product. I immediately called my bank but they are not able to take care of it until it actually hits my account. I will have to call back. Another inconvenience of being too trusting.

From now on I will definitely check Rip-Off before ordering anything on line that I am not familiar with. Thank you Rip-Off. I did get confirmation of the cancellation of my account but no mention of removing the erroneously placed charges.

In addition, the girl I talked to (Kelly) at NutriBlvd, was extremely rude and demeaning. Like it is our fault (and probably is) that we did not open the page that has the terms and conditions on it. Meanwhile, I have to wait until this falsely placed order is received, call them back to get an RMA number and mail the product back. Who knows how long I will have to wait for reimbursement. Meanwhile I will work with the bank to have the charges cancelled.

ps: I was only made more stupid by being told the woman that discovered this secret ingredient lived in the same town as me. Only worked to make me more comfortable in the process.
