Nutribullet Rx & Superfood Superboost To Nutribullet Deception & Overcharged for a Healthy life. promotion of tricks and deceit, supterfuge to propagate beliefs of things not received in the true package. The online agents for Nutribullet of any kind overcharged fess higher than some 3rd party dealers. A pray on viewers seeking a healthy eating and living lifestyle. Using the old products when shipping and tricking viewers with the new product introduction not shipped.
I am a victim off a great art of mystification crossing up the truth in products to be sold. I am 61 years old in fairly Good health. I have however had kidney stones condition twice. I know that what I eat is important and after seeing this ad [of propaganda] I was tricked into thinking it to be a trusty machine and products on the Internet. So I called the number. When speaking with the agent I did mention that I wanted the machine because it would liquify the ingredient to a drink not smoothie. This product will not deliver what the NutriBullet Rx can.
It is really heart breaking to feel that this company will pray on even the elderly like me seeking healthy alternatives at the requested price. The deal I feel was to lie and confuse the comsumer into excepting the spinning a web of deception. Nutribullet is not being an honest company. Nutribullet should not be allowed to trick people and overcharge comsumers.
It will cost me nearlyy $100.00 H/P for this lesson. The total ammont will be $217.70. That includes H/P of $47.89 one way now I must spend over half that price to return it. By one get one free cost actually $88.86 each. (compare Costcos for $69.99at this time) extended warranty WAS RECOMMENDED for $29.88. The SUPERFOOD is include for both. The agent said they will take the other money for the other bag I have next month. It does not stop consistantly overcharging and taking my money even a month later. I need to stop the auto but not until Feb. 2015.
I fell helpless against the money hungry company. I can't help but cry because it is both depressing and stressing the price is high enough to sacrifice to purchace. I can't afford anoth $47.89 in return shipping. This is undisputedly my Holiday Nightmare of online buying from Nutribullet 2014-2015. I am stuck with out getting whay I saw on TV. I over spent in this sale any extras to attempt to get the Nutribullet Rx. I beleive that is the idea to be without what the TV ad introduced to later get the Nutribullet Rx making 3 sales.
I should be able to return these items and get what the ad started with introducing at first.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Offer and terms clearly presented online
AUTHOR: Informed Consumer - ()

In reading your report against the RX, which i am a huge fan of, I found a few things hard to believe. You claim here that the offer made for the RX did not come with what you thought it would come with, but you didn't say what you thought it came with or what you actually received. it took me about 5 minutes to google all the offers that NutriBullet RX is offered under:
www.nutribulletrx.com and www.getnutribulletrx.com
I have also seen the TV commercials, and they are exactly the same offers shown on these websites, verbatim. They even present the websites for further research and questions when the TV commercial plays. But, as you have shown clearly, research is not exactly your strong suit, is it? You prefer to "trust" the company, and then complain that you were swindled after the fact becuase you are old? Please, you don't deserve any special treatment for being elderly, unless you are mentally unsound, and then you need to have your credit card taken away.
www.getnutribulletrx.com clearly shows that it is an offer to buy a NutriBullet RX, and then get an original NutriBullet for free, however they charge S&H for this offer. Both sites clearly show under their return policy that the shipping is not covered if you return, and in my experience with ordering things online and off of the TV, S&H is RARELY COVERED, unless the unit showed up broken or something.
From your terribly formatted post, i can only assume that you didn't pay attention to the offers at all, and ordered this buy-one, get-one free offer thinking you were getting 2 NutriBullet RX units. That is your fault, not theirs! All they can do is present the offer, they cannot force you to read and understand it! The offer was not confusing at all.
You also state that this is not a true buy-one, get-one free offer because the unit is availalbe at Costco for $69.99? Again, a quick google search shows that you are confused, or lying because you are angry at a company that did nothing wrong. The Original NutriBullet is available at Costco, but its $90! The RX is not even sold at Costco, but its at other retail stores for $199.99! You paid $217.70 for something that would have cost you $290 in the stores and you are complaining? That makes no sense. You got a deal, S&H and everything.
And there was something about the superfood na dit being automatic? Again, google to the rescue! Simply and short research found me this site: https://www.nutribullet.com/accessories.html, where the first item is this SuperFood SuperBoost that you are talking about, and has a whole paragraph talking about what it comes with, and it actually looks like a great deal! pay a small S&H fee up front, get 2 bags, first is free to try, and just send back the 2nd if you don't want it to avoid the charge for it, and you can cancel the AS program at any time. There is nothing there about having to wait until Feb to cancel the subscription.
Again, you couuld have found that all yourself in 5 minutes, but being an informed consumer was just too much trouble for you, huh? Try staying informed, and reading what you are ordering (or listening to the person taking your order, they are always willing to answer questions to get a sale!), instaed of ordering something on blind faith, and then trying to ruin the company's reputation when YOU are the only one that did anything wrong.
People like you are what is wrong with America. May God have mercy on your soul.
