NutriMost, LLC NO Customer Service, Misleading Livonia michigan

October 2015--Livonia, MI.  Do not waste your money on NutriMost!! 

The program works if you stay on it and ZERO cheating.  However, if you are seeking any personal touches, any conversation, a support system, a pat on the back, FORGET IT!!!  They rush you in and out of your "weigh-in" appointments like it's a race!  Barely make the time to ask a question and when you do, they answer you as they walk out the door!  For $1800 they should allow you the courtesy of a darn conversation! 

Staff can't answer simple questions!  I never saw a doctor!  Probably doesn't exist. 

If you have a question......you have to text to a number.  You will receive one word answers, less than helpful, and an aloof attitude.  Really unreal for $1800.  Don't get to speak to a real person, ever!!  Tough questions go unanswered.

The office is less than charming, nobody overly friendly.  They say hello and that's it.  And if they can't fit you in for your 10 day appointment (because you work till 5), no worries.....You will have to rearrange your schedule or miss your appointment!!  No squeezing you in, no extra time on their part to allow you to get your appointment in......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

They tell you to read the manual 3 times and then start the diet.  They tell you NOTHING about the diet in the office.....no emphasis on "no cheating", no words of wisdom, nothing!! They do not tell you that you can only have 500 calories a day!  they do not tell you that you can't have carbs/sugars/some fruits and veggies. 

They offer NO Coaching of any kind!  No enthusiasm, no encouragment, no advice, no constructive criticism.  What did i buy for $1800??

BBB gives them a F rating; wish I had done my research beforehand.!!!
