NutriShift llc Weight loss rip off in WI Anderson Indiana

I trusted Dr. Oz. when he vouched for this company and I got totally screwed over! I ordered the Carcinia Cambogia and the Premium Cleanse and the ad said free 30 day supply just pay shipping and when I got my checking account statement I was charged a total of $164.78 after 14 days. I had no idea that they were going to charge me for this product and when I called to get it figured out my account was cancelled with no problem however when I asked about getting my money back the person I talked to hung up on me. I was really upset so I called back and was given the same response the first person gave me so I said I would call my local news and report them and hung up on the person. She called me back and offered me 25% of my money back and I said that was not good enough I want all my money back and she said that they were in the right and I was wrong. I hung up again and once again she called me back and offered me 40% of my money back. I said that was still not good enough when it was supposed to be a free trial and said I would still call my local news station and maybe my attorney.

In my reciept from them it does not say anything about charging me if I do not respond in 14 days and I feel that they really screwed me over! I wish I would have investigated this company but I trusted that Dr. Oz knew what he was talking about. I really feel like an idiot getting scammed and by filing this report I hope others can learn from my mistake. I really do want my money back!!! I used my debit card for this transaction so I really don't think my bank can help me but I am checking with them!!
