Nutritional Science Laboratories, Robert J. Colclough III Colection Agency Somehow this outfit stole my credit card information Naples Florida

While on vacation in May of 2008, I checked my credit card accounts on a friends computer and found I had a charge for something called theraputix from HEA*NUTRI SCIENCE LAB in Florida and the same thing in California. I immediately called the credit card company and had the card cancelled.

When we arrived home I found a package in the mail from this outfit. I called them and explained that I did not order it and they gave me a RMA number to send it back. (I still had to pay postage) I was told that sending it back would end the matter. A few days later I recieved another package from them and so I just returned it to the post office. I thought the matter was over.

About a month later I got a letter from a collection agency in Van Nuys, California claiming that I owed these people $61.20. After reading some of the other complaints on this forum I now know that this company is a scam. It's possible that the collection agency is too, or at least is in on the scam with them.

I tried to reason with this collection agency, Robert J. Colclough III, a so-called law firm/collection agency, but they just kept leading me on with the old, send me this and send me that proof. I wrote a letter disputing their claim. I did everything they asked except to pay them the money I did not owe. I called one last time to try to resolve the issue and they became very abusive and insulting, threatening me with legal action, etc.

The bottom line is that both of these companies are people without honor. The scamers got their product back and they still want me to pay for something I did not order in the first place. I have never heard of this company and how they got my credit card info is beyond me. The product is some kind of acne cream. My wife and I are middle aged and have never had acne so we had no use for the product anyway.

My attorney has written them a letter and I have turned the matter over to the Missouri Attorney Generals Office. I have worked my whole life to develop an excellent credit score and I do not intend to let dishonest creeps like Nutritional Science Labs and Colclough harm that.
