I ordered the trial of Lipocerin and didn't get in touch with them before they sent me out the other 3 bottles and I was charged $99.00 plus $6.95 S&H. I sent them back (got the RMA#) and was told today that the RMA# had expired (I didn't know that it expires). They also told me that I would not be getting my refund and they also acknowledged that they got the 3 bottles back on June 26th. They told me that I could pay another $6.95 and they would send me the 3 bottles back to me. All I want is my $99.00 back. Something needs to be done about this company.
