Automaticbuilder.com is used by Nutronix International to promote their products. I had cancelled out of their program, but later was sent a product, which I sent back unopened, and guaranteed by our local Post Office of its delivery. More than a month has passed, but I haven't been given my refund of approximately $50.00 to date.
I got a call from one of their staff saying they haven't received the returned product back, but the Post Office insists they should have received said product 2 or 3 weeks ago. The return period for products they send is 30 days, and it looks like they took advantage of this period not to send me my refund because it's now been more than a month and they say they still haven't received the returned product.

Thank you, Janet, for giving Nutronix the benefit of the doubt. Nutronix will love you for this. I still strongly believe that the company received the returned product that was unopened and just claimed that they did not so they get to keep the $50.85 that I was asking them to refund. It is unfortunate that I just took the word of the Post Office that Nuronix had in fact received the returned package; it is now too late to do anything about this situation that occurred almost a year ago. I also am still warning other potential customers of Nutronix to be aware of scams like this.

A person calling herself Sharon just left a message on my answering machine insisting that Nutronix International never received the product worth $50.00 that I had returned unopened, and which our local Post Office assured me should have reached its destination more than a month ago. Sharon stated that because the time frame for returns has now expired, I am no longer entitled to my refund. This is the trick that is commonly used to rip off customers - deny the receipt of an article, wait until the period for returning has expired, then refuse to issue a refund. Suggestion to others who may find themselves in a similar situation - make sure you spend a little and purchase a return receipt when sending back merchandise so the party at the other end can not rip you off by denying receipt of the merchandise.
