Nuvell National Auto Finance Company Repossed Truck after accepting payments Bloomington, Minnesota

In April 2007 I had no other option but to file chapter 13 bankrupcty to keep from losing everything I worked hard for..I had a set payment each month and I paid this amount for 2 yrs. Which was 885 per month, then for some unknown reason my bankruptcy attorney wanted to increase it to $1885 per month I couldn't afford this so I had no option but to let them dismiss my case, botched up bankruptcy fraud case..I called Nuvell who I had my truck financed through explained what had happened and that I wanted to start sending my truck payment to them, I was told that they wouldn't accept the payments until they got a letter of dismissal from my bankruptcy, in good faith I went ahead and started mailing my truck payments to Nuvell, Jan. Feb. March 09..They were accepting them, on March 13th they withdrew funds from my bank account, the very next day March 14th a guy was at my home 10:30 pm repossing my truck, now grant it Nuvell was paid almost 7 thousand thru my bankruptcy plan, they were accepting my payments when I seen it was going to dismiss, I got no warning letter nothing about what was about to happen..When I called them asking why they had repoed my truck all I was told was if I paid them 7 thousand I could come get my truck, and I had only one more year my truck would have been paid off..I am sick of being taken advantage of, corrupt companies who are constantly ripping people off, it is time the American people stand up to such dirty companies, and yes I am hard working I started my own business from scratch been in business for 10yrs now, but I have never seen such dishonesty in my life then what I am seeing now days..This needs to STOP! all of it, mortgage fraud, bank fraud, Finance Fraud, bankruptcy fraud. I do believe God won't allow this to go on much longer..
