Nuvoderm rips off old lady on social security right from her SS account and refuses to reimburse her! I was offered a trial of Nuvoderm and just had to pay for small shipping and handling charges. I accepted. The terms were to call and cancel in 14 days unless you wanted to continue to be fully charged for the product.  Internet

*I cancelled. I got my SS money into my account and found out they had deducted 99.00! I called and toldf them over and over again that not only had I canceled, but they had no right to take money out of a SS account without my authorization. I called several times and got the same response, all about how great their product was and they were sure that I would be pleased with it if I would only give it some more time and that they could not reimburse me for this. I kept calling and kept getting this same sales pitch and finally started screaming that this is not about your product, this is about my bank account. I can't afford to have someone take $99.00 out of it. Still, same old sales pitch. I kept asking for their supervisor, finally their address, president, CEO, anything, and the girl says well, my names Megan. If you are the CEO Megan, great, but I highly doubt that, since I'm talking to customer service for the umpteenth time today. I just want to know how to get a name, address, a location, and most importantly, MY MONEY BACK! Which was virtually stolen!*
